QVM Threads operates independently. While our store is powered by Shopify, all transactions are between you and QVM Threads.

We design every product to meet a specific aesthetic and fit.

However:

  • Graphics are intentionally placed and scaled as part of the design

We do not guarantee exact on-screen accuracy.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders flagged for fraud or resale behavior

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

You agree that:

  • Payment information is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You will cover all applicable taxes and fees

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates—not guarantees.

Once your order is handed to the carrier:

  • Risk transfers to you
  • Delays are outside our control

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because our products are design-driven apparel:

  • Minor variations in print or fit are not defects
  • Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible

We reserve final decision on all return eligibility.

All content—including designs, graphics, branding, and product concepts—is owned by QVM Threads.

  • Reproduce or resell designs

  • Copy product presentation or creative direction

This is a brand, not a template.
